You can use your BlackBerry Q10 as portable modem/router to share Internet connection with a computer (wired connection). Here's how to make this possible.
To get started, you need to enable Internet Tethering on your BlackBerry Q10 smartphone and configure its settings to use USB to connect both devices and share mobile network.

Step 1. Get a functional USB cable and connect the BlackBerry Q10 to the computer.

Step 2. Access more apps by scrolling to left.

Step 3. Touch Settings to continue. You will be prompted with the System Settings screen.

Step 4. Under System Settings screen, touch to select Network Connections to configure Mobile network, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth settings on your phone.

Step 5. Scroll down and select Internet Tethering.

Step 6. Touch Connect Using.

Step 7. Touch to select USB. You should now see Internet Tethering option for Connect Using USB.

Step 8. Touch the slider next to Internet Tethering. This will enable the feature.

Step 9. When Internet Tethering is enabled on your device, you should see the status, saying Connected with data for time, data sent and data receive. Continue to the next step.

Step 10. Get to your computer and wait for the device drivers to install.

Step 11. Click to select Home network.

Step 12. Wait until the computer is done applying the settings and connects to the network automatically.

Once the computer is done with the network setup, you should see the network location used, as well as the network name and location type. Click on Close and open a browser to try connecting to the Internet using your BlackBerry Q10 internet connection/network on your computer. That should work.
